My name is Jim Nash. I help individuals and small business owners protect themselves from the risks that can jeopardize their financial future. In one way or another, everyone works toward their financial dream, however the best plans can be at risk without protection from financial loss. When we work together, I spend time to understand your current situation, goals and concerns, so we can identify the risks that may prevent your financial plans from succeeding. Then, based on your objectives, I analyze the market for the insurance strategies and products that best fit your situation. As an independent insurance broker, my duty is to you, not any insurance company. We will take as much time as you want to fully review the benefits, cost and value of the solutions presented - then the decision is entirely up to you. My insurance career began over 35 years ago, carrying on the family insurance agency. I went on to partner in several national insurance marketing firms and to serve as Vice President of Marketing for a life and long term care insurance company. My combined experiences give me a broad perspective for serving the needs of the individuals and small business owners with whom I work. My wife of over 35 years, Lanett, works with special needs kids in the New Braunfels school system. We have three grown children, all married and successfully pursuing their careers. I enjoy being a sports fan and listening to a variety of music, but my favorite form of relaxation is getting lost in a woodworking project.
